terrible....

This is terrible, I have not posted on this since right before I left for maternity leave. 9 weeks later here Iam back at work. AND my little baby is already 9 weeks old tomorrow! :( She is growing like a weed too. hard to believe. Today is my first day without her, and I will tell you it is NOT easy. I miss her soooo much. I keep looking at the clock thinking when did she eat last, is it time for her nap ect....and Im not even with her. I did manage to only call Stacie (our babysitter) only once so far today. Reagan was doing well, sleeping. If only money grew on trees, and I didnt have to work and could stay home with her. :) She is such a beautiful happy little baby and we are so blessed and thankful.

We have a date!

Reagan Kinley Davidson is set to make her arrival on July 8th, 2009 at 10AM! :) We are scheduled for a c-section because she is a breech baby. Iam so excited/nervous now that I know when she will be here! Before it was like oh I have time to do this, or should I do this or wait, now I know I have 2 weeks!! My last day at work will be July 2nd. We are off the 3rd for the holiday, and Iam taking off the 6th and 7th to get ready for Reagan's arrival! Mom and Dad (MiMi and Papaw) and Leigh and Gwenda (GiGi and Papa) will be here on the 6th. AND Of course I have doctor appointments both days, but I will still have time to get things in order for her! I cannot wait to meet our precious baby girl, and hold her in my arms! This is IT! The count down is really ON now! 16 days and counting! Please say a prayer for us!

Oh and also we had to buy a new camera yesterday! YAY for a new camera but boo for why we had to buy it, lets just say Darren dropped it on Saturday, we were at a friends wedding, we took 1 picture (wich is ok with me considering I would like to avoid the camera if possible considering Iam 9 months pregnant) But we got a new one and I love it. :) Its a little bigger than my old one but we have more mega pixels, and a much better zoom, and I think the picture quality is much better, we have been faithful sony buyers with just about everything, but this time went with Canon, for one the sony is just so expensive and the way we go through camera's....we will just say this was a much better option.

Stubborn baby, already like her Daddy. :)

Well Miss Reagan is a breech baby! She is what they call a "frank breech" her little booty is nestled in my pelvic bone, her head it up towards my rib cage and her feet are sticking straight up. :) I have had the suspicion for a while now, due to never getting the rib kicks everyone talks about, and I can usually breathe pretty easy and don't feel like she is way up in my lungs, or maybe I just have that motherly instinct already?! Anyway, we go to the doctor on Monday to discuss our options, but I have a hunch we are going to be scheduling a c-section. Like I said I have been thinking about this for a few weeks, so I have had time to wrap my head around the whole c-section thing, but it would be ok with me if she flipped over too. OH and she is going to be a little chubby monkey, already estimated at over 7lbs! I have 3 1/2 more weeks until Iam actually due to have her! We have been measuring ahead the whole time but never changed my due date, I think we are just off a week, and I really should be 38 weeks on Monday not 37.

The above picture is of my sweet loves face it's a little blurry but she was moving so its hard when you take the still picture, she was making a kissy face with her lips at us and was also playing with her toes, grabbing them with her little hands. The sweet ultrasound tech wrote a message on the picture for Darren, his first fathers day is this weekend! I loved her she was too sweet, and took her time letting us see all of Reagan we wanted!
Tomorrow is Friday, come on MONDAY talk about being anxious all weekend! That will be us.
At least we have a friends wedding this weekend so it will be fun!! :)

New bag for Miss Priss

She is already like her Mama, more bags than she knows what to do with, and she isn't even here yet! I ordered the one in the picture above for her today, of course hers will say Reagan. It will be perfect for those little trips we don't need her BIG bag for. :) I can't wait to get it.

Also we go to the doctor on Monday to find out is she is still breech, and schedule out ultrasound. AND hopefully we will have started to dilate as well. :) Keep your firngers crossed for me.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

These things always make me thankful.

1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.
3. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and parents will. Stay in touch.
5. Pay off your credit cards every month.
6. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.
8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.
10. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.
11. Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present.
12. It's OK to let your children see you cry.
13. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. If a relationship has to be a secret, you shouldn't be in it.
15. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. But don't worry; God never blinks.
16. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
17. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
18. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
19. It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second one is up to you and no one else.
20. When it comes to going after what you love in life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, and wear the fancy lingerie. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
22. Over prepare, and then go with the flow.
23. Be eccentric now. Don't wait for old age to wear purple.
24. The most important sex organ is the brain.
25. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
27. Always choose life.
28. Forgive everyone for everything.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
30. Time heals almost everything. Give time time.
31. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
32. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
33. Believe in miracles.
34. God loves you because of who God is, not because of anything you did or didn't do.
35. Don't audit life. Show up and make the most of it now.
36. Growing old beats the alternative -- dying young.
37. Your children get only one childhood.
38. All that truly matters in the end is that you loved.
39. Get outside every day. Miracles are waiting everywhere.
40. If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.
41. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
42. The best is yet to come.
43. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
44. Yield.
45. Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift."

Counting the days!

The countdown is on! :) 5 more weeks until miss priss is due to arrive into the world, but we would welcome her in 3 if she wants to join us. I can;t hardly stand to wait. Iam getting really anxious. Nervous, no anxious to see her sweet face, YES! We went to the doctor last week, and found out she is still breech, and we are measuring a week ahead so we go back to the doc the 29th I will be 38 weeks and we will schedule an ultrasound to see if she is still breech, confirm her postion for sure...then we may have to schedule a c-section, and they want to see how big she is going to be, and we may be induced a little early if she doesnt make her entrance before then! I can't believe it seems to all be happending so fast. Her bag is packed for the hospital, mine is half way kinda sorta packed.

Iam getting there just a few more things are needed to get it complete. I had an amazing shower gift from my friend Renee she was so thoughtful and made me a everything you will need in the hospital and when you get home goodie bag for my shower. She thought of everything!!! Maybe because she has been in my position twice, and is the mother of two beautiful babies of her own, but it was way thoughtful of her!! AND she is letting me borrow her VERA bag to take to the hospital with me! Iam so excited! I needed a medium size bag to pack our overnight things in (Darren and I) Miss Reagan has her cute diaper bag! All I have is a hard rolling suitcase, Darren has a gigantic duffle with his momogram on it, but of course I choose Renee's vera anyday over his. AND I didnt want to have to go buy something I don't normally use. I usually always take my VERY LARGE zip suit case thats on rollers, mainly because we always take long weekend trips far away were I have to pack my whole life with me.

This really has no point, besides Iam ready to meet my sweet faces little girl! :)

hair bow madness

What is it about cute hair bows? I want to buy them ALL. She isnt even here yet, and I already have a complete bow holder full of them, and still want more! I know I got to a point when I was a little girl that I hated for my mom to put one in my hair, but now I LOVE them on little girls, they are the cutest thing ever! There is polka dots, solids, monogrammed ones, animal prints, sooo many to choose from. :) I better slow down or there is no way she will wear them all. I really should just learn to make them myself, but I just dont know that they would turn out quite the way I want. Ok, Iam finished telling you about my obsession. Now I slightly think it has moved onto anything monogrammed. I love seeing her name on things.

Dear lord, please help my bank account and keep my husband from divorcing me :)
